千年の歴史を有する神社が目の前！　歴史と現代がミックスされた町に立地している。すぐ横は３㎞も続く日本一長いダウンタウンのショッピングストリートで、ここを歩けば本当の日本が理解できると言われている。また、日本のショッピングシーンを代表する４つの有名デパートや巨大家電ショップにも近い。

ＬＥＥの建物と客室は、日当たり通風共に素晴らしく南向き。家族経営で安全性と清潔度がとても高い。ＬＥＥから関西空港まで約50分、ＪＲ新大阪駅まで約20分、ＪＲ大阪駅まで約5分。ＬＥＥから最寄り駅までは歩いて約1分。とても便利なので、ＬＥＥを拠点に姫路や京都、奈良、神戸、さらに広島に日帰り観光する人が多い。
